1. DISCUSSION OF DISPOSITIONS, PLANNING BOARD CALL-UPS/CONTINUATIONS
   A. CONTINUATION: Continuation of Planning Board’s consideration of a combined Site and Use Review application (case no. LUR2020-00063) to develop the 9.87-acre site located at 4775, 4725 and 4649 Spine Road with 230 attached residential units, a cafe, library, art space and community areas, as well as a mobility hub and green space. The Site Review is an amendment to the previously approved Celestial Seasonings Planned Unit Development. A Use Review is required for residential uses within the Industrial – Manufacturing (IM) zoning district. Applicant is seeking to establish Vested Rights per section 9-2-20, B.R.C.1981, for elements of the Site and Use Review plans.
