Structure
The Communication and Engagement Department is comprised of the following functions:
- Media/external communication;
- Community engagement;
- Video services/Boulder 8TV; and
- Web content/Social media.
Responsibilities
The Communication and Engagement Department is responsible for providing effective communication and engagement with residents, staff and council, working to increase the understanding of and support for city programs, policies and projects. The city has received a number of communication and engagement awards for its work over the years.
