Bill Bower Park is a 1.7 acre park located in south Boulder featuring a playground, picnic tables and mountain views. Construction was completed in the fall of 2014.

Bill Bower Park Shade Shelter Donation
The shade shelter, funded in part by contributions from neighbors, is now installed and ready to use.
Memorial Donation Proposal
In July 2022, the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) provided a proposal for a memorial display dedicated to Bill Bower. Community members and city staff shared feedback including concerns about additional vegetation beds and the wording of the interpretive sign.
March 2023 Update:
Staff is working with the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) to revise the donation proposal for a Bill Bower interpretive garden and plaque.
Once MOAA and staff have a proposal they are both comfortable with, staff will share the proposal with the community for feedback.
