Detectives Looking for Suspect in Shooting on University Hill
Boulder Police detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who shot at a community member on Halloween weekend.
At approximately 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 28, a group of people tried to enter a home in the 900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. The residents were having a gathering and refused to let the unknown people inside. That group began arguing with the people inside the home before a fight broke out on the front porch. A male from the unknown group pushed inside the house and fired one shot at a man inside, narrowly missing him.

Detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify the people described below from this video:
- man wearing red pants with a white stripe down the side,
- the man seen wearing a yellow tuxedo-like costume,
- the man with the white backpack and,
- the woman with long hair.
The suspects were last seen leaving the area in a dark blue or grey Saturn sedan.
